January Business Meeting

Join us for our January Business Meeting!

Our speaker will be Sierra Dwight, Executive Director of 365 Workplace Safety.

Sierra has been working in the construction arena for 6 years. Getting her start in the field with a general contractor, until finding her passion for safety and making it her focus. As the Executive Director of 365 Workplace Safety for the past 3.5 years she provides risk management and HR resources to over 200+ subcontractors to help companies keep safety at the forefront easily. She has a B.A. from Texas State in Communications and Spanish, is OSHA 30 certified, and holds an Advanced Safety Certification from the National Safety Council. Currently she is working towards her OSHA instructor certification. 

Sierra will sharing on the dangers of distracted driving, the tolls it takes on ourselves, our family, and the public, and what we can all do to be safer on the road. While a serious topic, Sierra presents this information in a way that is engaging, positive, and inspirational.  Sierra will also present her tips for women to be safety focused in and out of the workplace (Stranger danger) to help keep our membership mindful of day-to-day safety for themselves and those they love.
